Homies, LLC Return Policy
Homies, LLC offers free returns or exchanges within 45 days of initial purchase in the event of any manufacturing defects, significant imperfections, or damage caused to our product during production. Damaged caused by customers during unpackaging or use does not entitle customers to return the product. Problems or questions concerning packages lost or damaged by carriers should be directed to the relevant carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx).
Homies, LLC accepts returns for other reasons within one month (30 days) of initial purchase. We do not offer free return shipping for customers returning functional and undamaged products, and will not accept returns of such products after one month. If damage caused to the product while in customer’s possession (including wear and tear) makes the product unfit for resale, Homies, LLC may be unable to offer a refund of any part of the purchase price.
For all returns, please allow at least 14 business days from the time we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email with updates regarding the refund process. At its discretion, Homies, LLC may require customers to provide pictures and/or explanations of damage to products before accepting returns or issuing refunds. Homies, LLC products ordered online may not be returned in person to any physical location. Please be sure to include all return forms and invoices to ensure that Homies, LLC can quickly process your return.
